All orders ship within 4-7 business days via USPS. At this time, we only ship to the United States and Territories – including APO addresses. Our processing time does not reflect time in transit. Time in transit depends on carriers and their current stated transit times.
We are not liable for delays caused by parcel handlers or extenuating circumstances in an area such as a natural disaster or state of emergency.
We do not offer rush processing. If you need an order rushed, please contact us and we will see if we are able to accommodate it based on current order volume.
LOST/ DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item appears to be lost, based on the tracking, please contact USPS. We are unable to provide any assistance until USPS has completed a package search and official proof it is lost is provided to us. If you opt to have the insurance claim paid to you, then you may place a replacement order. If you opt to have the insurance claim paid to Texas Sunset Creations, we will replace your order at no cost to you. All lost package filing is to be handled by the customer.
If you believe a delivered package was stolen, you must file a police report and provide that to us. It is a jailable offense to file a false police report and to attempt to scam businesses and carrier services by falsely reporting a stolen package. If an item arrived damaged, you MUST provide us with pictures AND retain all packaging and product until USPS declares the damage and approves an insurance payout. Due to an uptick in scammers, USPS has made this a rule.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders for may be cancelled within 48 hours if they have not already been processed to ship. We do not allow cancellation after 48 hours. We do not allow cancellation on digital design orders.
RETURNS
In general, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis if there is an issue with an order. Refunds will not be issued for late or missing orders due to parcel carrier delays.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
